全自動裝框是角碼鉚接式鋁合金，矩形組框的專用設備，由氣缸，直線導軌及鋼結構機架組成，可以實現組件承壓完畢后，組件的鋁合金邊框固定，從而簡化了工人的作業難度，節約時間，提高了產品的質量。適用于多種型材，有螺釘與無螺釘鋁合金邊框的組框。組框和外形尺寸在設定的范圍內通過鎖緊齒條定位，任意調整尺寸，并通過了調氣缸進行精度微調，滿足用于不同組框尺寸的要求。
